Al usar GymFlow ("la App"), aceptas estos terminos de servicio. Si no estas de acuerdo, no uses la App.
1. Descripcion del servicio
GymFlow es una aplicacion de seguimiento de entrenamientos que permite crear rutinas, registrar ejercicios, y consultar estadisticas de progreso. La App incluye funciones de generacion automatica de rutinas.
2. Cuenta de usuario
- Necesitas una cuenta de Google para usar la App.
- Eres responsable de mantener la seguridad de tu cuenta.
- Debes tener al menos 13 anos para usar la App.
3. Uso aceptable
Te comprometes a:
- Usar la App solo para su proposito previsto (seguimiento de entrenamientos).
- No intentar acceder a datos de otros usuarios.
- No intentar evadir las medidas de seguridad de la App.
- No usar la App para actividades ilegales.
4. Suscripcion Pro
- GymFlow ofrece una suscripcion de pago ("GymFlow Pro") con funciones adicionales.
- Los pagos se procesan a traves de Google Play o Apple App Store.
- Las suscripciones se renuevan automaticamente al final del periodo.
- Puedes cancelar la renovacion automatica en cualquier momento desde la configuracion de tu tienda de aplicaciones.
- No se ofrecen reembolsos por periodos parciales, salvo lo que requiera la ley aplicable.
5. Generacion automatica de rutinas
- Las rutinas generadas automaticamente son sugerencias basadas en tu descripcion. No constituyen prescripciones medicas ni planes de entrenamiento profesionales.
- Consulta con un profesional de la salud antes de iniciar cualquier programa de ejercicios.
- Siempre revisa y ajusta las rutinas sugeridas segun tu nivel, condicion fisica y limitaciones personales.
- No somos responsables de lesiones derivadas del uso de rutinas generadas o ejecutadas a traves de la App.
- La disponibilidad de esta funcion puede variar y no esta garantizada.
6. Propiedad intelectual
- La App, su diseno, codigo y marca son propiedad de Statista Labs.
- Las rutinas y datos que creas te pertenecen a ti.
- Nos otorgas una licencia limitada para procesar tus datos segun se describe en la Politica de Privacidad.
7. Disponibilidad del servicio
- Hacemos nuestro mejor esfuerzo para mantener la App disponible, pero no garantizamos disponibilidad ininterrumpida.
- Podemos realizar mantenimiento o actualizaciones que temporalmente afecten el servicio.
- Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar o discontinuar funciones de la App.
8. Limitacion de responsabilidad
GymFlow se proporciona "tal cual". En la maxima medida permitida por la ley:
- No garantizamos que la App sea libre de errores.
- No somos responsables de la perdida de datos, aunque hacemos esfuerzos razonables para protegerlos.
- No somos responsables de lesiones o danos derivados del uso de la App o las rutinas sugeridas.
- Nuestra responsabilidad total no excedera el monto que hayas pagado por la suscripcion Pro en los ultimos 12 meses.
9. Terminacion
- Puedes dejar de usar la App y eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento.
- Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender o cancelar cuentas que violen estos terminos.
10. Cambios a estos terminos
Podemos modificar estos terminos. Los cambios significativos se notificaran a traves de la App. El uso continuado despues de los cambios implica aceptacion.
11. Ley aplicable
Estos terminos se rigen por las leyes de Mexico.

By using GymFlow ("the App"), you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Service description
GymFlow is a workout tracking application that lets you create routines, log exercises, and view progress statistics. The App includes automatic routine generation features.
2. User account
- You need a Google account to use the App.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to:
- Use the App only for its intended purpose (workout tracking).
- Not attempt to access other users' data.
- Not attempt to bypass the App's security measures.
- Not use the App for illegal activities.
4. Pro subscription
- GymFlow offers a paid subscription ("GymFlow Pro") with additional features.
- Payments are processed through Google Play or Apple App Store.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the period.
- You can cancel automatic renewal at any time from your app store settings.
- No refunds are offered for partial periods, except as required by applicable law.
5. Automatic routine generation
- Automatically generated routines are suggestions based on your description. They do not constitute medical prescriptions or professional training plans.
- Consult a health professional before starting any exercise program.
- Always review and adjust suggested routines based on your level, physical condition, and personal limitations.
- We are not responsible for injuries resulting from the use of routines generated or executed through the App.
- Availability of this feature may vary and is not guaranteed.
6. Intellectual property
- The App, its design, code, and brand are owned by Statista Labs.
- The routines and data you create belong to you.
- You grant us a limited license to process your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Service availability
- We make our best effort to keep the App available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
- We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect the service.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue App features.
8. Limitation of liability
GymFlow is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee the App is free of errors.
- We are not responsible for data loss, although we make reasonable efforts to protect it.
- We are not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from the use of the App or suggested routines.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Pro subscription in the last 12 months.
9. Termination
- You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
- We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may modify these terms. Significant changes will be notified through the App. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico.
